On Wednesday, February 28th, beginning at 5:00 PM, The Hungry Pigeon is headed north of the border to cook from the Joe Beef Cookbook. So they've recruited their Canadian friends, Dean Browne of Rowhouse Spirits & Nick Macri of La Davisa Meats. So the gin in that Martini will come from Dean and that little wiener will come from Nick.
